Shipping & returns

What delivery costs, how long it takes, and how to send something back. We ship within the United States.

Shipping costs

  • Flat rate of $7.90 per order within the United States.
  • Free delivery on orders over $60.

The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery times

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery within the United States then typically takes 2–4 business days, so most orders arrive within about a week. These are estimates and can be longer during busy periods.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and check the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
