These terms govern the sale of goods through the Mosswell shop. By placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering

Adding items to your cart and completing checkout places an order. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price is shown in error — and will refund anything already paid.

Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from the shipping address where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and in shipping & returns. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

Payment

This site is a demonstration shop. No real payment is taken, no card or account is charged, and no goods are dispatched. Any payment step is a simulation for illustration only.

Delivery

We ship within the United States. Estimated costs and delivery times are set out in shipping & returns. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns

You may return unused goods in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. How to start a return is explained in shipping & returns. Some items may be excluded where the law allows.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep product information and the shop accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
